Description

  • Proactively engage users via chat and calls during onboarding and early product usage.
  • Reach out to users showing low activity or early churn signals and help them re-engage.
  • Act as a human recovery layer by understanding user frustration, diagnosing issues, and rebuilding trust through real conversations.
  • Help users understand how to improve their results through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Recommend profile, CV, and job search improvements, including relevant paid add-ons such as resume review when they provide real value.
  • Share user feedback and recurring patterns with the Product team to improve the customer experience.
  • Drive activation, early-stage retention, and additional product conversion outcomes.
  • Work proactively rather than waiting for inbound support tickets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or support-driven sales with US-based customers.
  • Fluent or native English and Russian.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in the USA time zone.
  • Comfortable working proactively rather than waiting for tickets.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to conversion, retention, and unit economics.
  • Comfortable working with daily targets, funnels, and KPIs.
  • High-speed internet connection that is VPN-free.
  • Willingness to complete a quick hiring process including a 2-minute Loom video, HR introduction call, team interview, and reference checks with two prior managers.
