Description

  • Develop and implement local sales, marketing, and annual leasing strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and overall program value.
  • Manage approved local marketing initiatives within budget and in alignment with company and program standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Corvias inventory, promotions, market conditions, and competitor communities.
  • Analyze waitlist, assignment, and vacancy data to identify issues and create corrective action plans with the Director of Leasing.
  • Oversee day-to-day leasing operations for assigned military housing installations in compliance with company standards, fair housing regulations, and applicable laws.
  • Improve leasing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and deliver a positive experience for prospects and residents.
  • Maintain accurate property management system data, reporting, internet listings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain diverse team members while setting expectations, supervising performance, and providing timely feedback.
  • Train, coach, motivate, and mentor remote Leasing Consultants on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
  • Perform Leasing Consultant duties as needed and complete other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in residential property management with a leasing or marketing focus.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to live within a reasonable driving distance of one of the following military bases: Ft. Rucker, AL; Ft. Riley, KS; Ft. Polk, LA; Ft. Meade, MD; Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD; Ft. Bragg, NC; or Ft. Sill, OK.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
  • Experience leading projects and motivating remote team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated success coaching team members in lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to maximize revenue using data-driven strategies such as market positioning, promotions, and price optimization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for phone, email, and text communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to seek guidance when needed.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and connect leasing activity to business strategy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and the ability to resolve escalated or sensitive customer concerns.
  • Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and property management software.
