Description

  • Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for large cohorts of learners.
  • Deliver synchronous online lectures on technical content to audiences ranging from 100 to 8,000+ participants.
  • Manage class time, Q&A, chat flow, and overall learner engagement during sessions.
  • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Assist with lesson design, curriculum development, and ongoing instructional improvements.
  • Maintain professional, respectful communication with learners, staff, contractors, and guest speakers.
  • Adjust pacing, presentation, and support to meet the needs of diverse learners while delivering content on time.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to the Correlation One team to support course improvement.

Requirements

  • CDCP® (Certified Data Center Professional from EPI).
  • Fluency in Japanese and English.
  • Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments.
  • Strong teaching, training, facilitation, coaching, or onboarding experience.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginner learners.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and support adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading technical teams is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or comparable foundational IT certifications are a plus.
  • A strong interest in helping learners transition into data center operations and infrastructure careers.
  • The role is remote and must be located in a time zone compatible with Japan Standard Time.
