Description

Act as a liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
Lead and support project implementations using Cority’s pre-defined implementation methodology.
Configure the application, train clients, test solutions, and take implementation notes.
Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants as a project team.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product as needed.
Build and manage implementation plans with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
Monitor project timelines and intervene when milestones are delayed or missed.
Maintain daily timesheets and project bookings and submit timesheets weekly for approval.
Participate actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.
Work predominantly remotely and travel as required.

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role.
Professional designation such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN is preferred.
For current Associate Consultants at Cority, at least 12 months in the role plus completion of one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation is required.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and project budget awareness.
Ability to understand the connections between Cority’s EHSQ suites and explain them effectively to clients.
Commitment to service excellence and staying current on new features.
Some travel is expected.
