Description

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency.
  • Turn one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems that the marketing team can run independently.
  • Measure the impact of AI initiatives on pipeline and team productivity, and scale the approaches that work.
  • Lead a structured crawl-walk-run adoption model to bring the full marketing team along in adopting AI.
  • Own end-to-end demand infrastructure and funnel performance, identifying and resolving breakdowns before they affect pipeline.
  • Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and system reliability across all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain consistent reporting that provides clear, actionable visibility into pipeline performance.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve the marketing tech stack and support system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Define and standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics with RevOps.
  • Stay current on platform capabilities to maximize value from existing tools.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation.
  • Experience deploying AI or automation into real marketing workflows with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically across Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams.
  • Experience applying LLMs to real marketing use cases.
  • Strong prompt design skills and ability to structure reusable workflows.
  • Clear point of view on build vs. buy decisions.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows with appropriate human oversight.
  • Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
  • Curiosity-driven growth mindset with an interest in identifying opportunities and driving innovation across marketing systems and workflows.
