Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and act as a strategic partner throughout the renewal lifecycle.
  • Achieve and maintain renewal rates of 90% or higher.
  • Identify renewal risks early and develop mitigation plans with internal partners.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Forecast renewals accurately and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Work with Product and Marketing to share customer feedback and support customer education initiatives.
  • Continuously improve renewal processes, reporting, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Meet or exceed renewal, forecast accuracy, and operational performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or another technology industry preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Ability to identify business value and create compelling reasons for customers to renew and expand.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, assess renewal risk, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $114,000 to $150,000 USD.
  • Commission-based or discretionary bonus may be included.
