Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and scripts using Python and Bash.
Build and manage dynamic test environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Ansible and Terraform.
Develop security-focused integration tests for Zeek, Suricata, and YARA.
Automate deployment and configuration of test artifacts such as Snort and Sigma rule sets.
Analyze network protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and SSL/TLS to create realistic test scenarios.
Manage test code and environments in Git and integrate testing into continuous delivery pipelines.
Drive testing efforts across multiple projects in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and QE teams to ensure complete test coverage.
Take ownership of product quality from a user-experience perspective as systems scale.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in an SDET or heavy automation role.
High proficiency in Python and Bash for framework development and scripting.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible and/or Terraform.
Solid experience with RHEL or Ubuntu environments.
Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS, Kerberos, and SMB.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, Zeek scripting, CI/CD optimization, or Corelight Fleet Manager is a differentiator.
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams across the USA and India.
Proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

Compensation range of $145,000 to $180,000 USD per year.
Commission-based or discretionary bonus opportunity depending on role seniority.
