Description

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Review medications, reconcile medication lists, and support medication management.
  • Provide virtual patient assessments and telehealth follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff on documentation, workflows, and best practices.
  • Assess staff competency and provide ongoing clinical guidance.
  • Assist with delegation oversight and clinical process improvement.
  • Support healthcare operations through remote clinical coordination and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license; Texas license preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare providers.
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
  • Experience using EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and nursing standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours.
  • Remote nursing or virtual clinical support experience preferred.
  • Training, coaching, mentoring, or clinical education experience preferred.
  • BPO or Clinical Process Outsourcing (CPO) experience preferred.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with prior authorization, managed care, or care coordination preferred.
