Description

  • Maintain and update CRM records in HubSpot, including contact data, pipeline stages, and client information.
  • Track activities, generate reports, and support CRM data quality.
  • Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support outreach efforts and help generate interest from prospective partners.
  • Nurture leads and assist with the sales pipeline process.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients as needed and document outcomes in the CRM.
  • Research conferences, networking opportunities, and industry events relevant to the business.
  • Coordinate event registration and support logistical planning for company participation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc operational support.
  • Help maintain organization across internal processes and day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Lead Generation, or a similar remote support role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or business development support.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • High attention to detail and confidence handling administrative processes.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Asana for project management and workflow coordination is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable using call or video communication tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot CRM.
