Description

  • Actively manage a verified Google Business Profile as an owner or administrator.
  • Update business information to keep the profile accurate and current.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on the profile.
  • Maintain an active online presence for the business.
  • Follow project guidelines independently while completing remote work.
  • Provide insights that help improve AI-powered systems for understanding business profiles and local customer experiences.
  • Complete project work at your own pace within the assigned schedule.
  • Participate in continued project work if extended opportunities are available.

Requirements

  • Must be an active owner or administrator of a verified Google Business Profile.
  • Should regularly manage the profile by updating information and engaging with customers.
  • No specialized technical expertise is required beyond practical GBP management experience.
  • Preference given to accounts with at least one year of active history.
  • Business owners with newer profiles may still apply if they show consistent engagement and profile management.
  • Experience managing a Google Business Profile.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow project guidelines independently.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Representation from hospitality, food and beverage, retail, and professional services industries is preferred.
  • Candidates requiring H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship are not supported.
