Description

  • Define and track KPIs for chef-facing and customer-facing initiatives such as retention, AOV, ROI, engagement, and LTV.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve tools for internal stakeholders.
  • Run deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and pain points.
  • Support product managers by writing clear specs and user stories.
  • Partner with engineers to QA and validate features before and after launch.
  • Help run A/B tests, analyze results, and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Assist with product discovery, user interviews, and feedback loops with chefs and eaters.
  • Manage small roadmap items and experiments end-to-end from start to finish.
  • Contribute to CRM, loyalty, chef growth tooling, and customer experience features.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Junior Product Manager, ideally in consumer-facing, growth, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and extract actionable insights.
  • Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining data-driven decisions to non-technical partners.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with experience working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, BizOps, and Chef Success.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
  • Interest in growing into a full Product Manager role over time.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Figma, and Notion.
  • Knowledge of CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing concepts.
  • Experience building internal tools or dashboards for non-technical users.
  • Experience in marketplace, subscription, loyalty, or growth-focused products is a plus.
  • Experience working with chefs, creators, merchants, or SMBs is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to customer-facing product experiences such as landing pages, loyalty features, menu merchandising, or post-purchase flows is a plus.
