Description

  • Own the marketing engine for CookUnity’s Smart Fridge network and drive revenue growth across locations.
  • Collaborate with ads, fridge launch, account management, operations, product, and design teams to support marketing programs end to end.
  • Drive app sign-ups and first purchases through in-fridge and physical marketing materials.
  • Organize on-site activations and events to build buying behavior and generate new users at mature fridge locations.
  • Test referral mechanics and other organic growth tactics tailored to fridge locations.
  • Create and optimize lifecycle campaigns across push notifications, app alerts, and email to increase repeat usage and retention.
  • Build and maintain user segments for targeting, including new users, lapsed users, power users, and high-LTV users.
  • Design and run win-back campaigns for users inactive for 14, 30, or 60 days.
  • Own in-fridge screen merchandising, including featured items, badges, and rotation cadence, to maximize conversion.
  • Lead experimentation, maintain a structured experiment log, and scale winning learnings across all fridges.
  • Contribute to weekly fridge performance reporting and surface location-level insights and underperformance risks.
  • Lead the freelancer responsible for menu merchandising and optimization, ensuring creative assets are on-brand and conversion-focused.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or a similar retention-focused role.
  • Proven experience using email, push, and in-app channels to build campaigns, run experiments, and report results.
  • Strong analytical ability to work with cohort data, build segments, and make decisions from metrics.
  • Experience running clean A/B tests, documenting results, and scaling what works.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar.
  • Ability to own a program from scratch and work independently without a large support team.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with account managers, operations, product, and design.
  • Food, retail, or consumer app experience is preferred but not required.
