Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting or key portions of searches across B2B functions in partnership with hiring managers and the Talent team.
  • Build scorecards, draft job descriptions, and align interview stakeholders using market insights and hiring data.
  • Build and manage pipelines for Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and B2B Marketing roles, including director-level and above positions.
  • Lead intake sessions, calibrate candidate profiles, and advise stakeholders on talent availability and compensation.
  • Drive proactive sourcing and outbound engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and AI sourcing tools.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling candidate narrative for CookUnity Business, including CU Smart Fridges and Medically Tailored Meals.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Facilitate structured interviews and debriefs to ensure alignment with CookUnity’s values and hiring standards.
  • Partner on talent branding efforts to strengthen CookUnity’s presence in B2B and GTM talent communities.
  • Track pipeline health, optimize funnel conversion, and improve hiring velocity using data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on B2B GTM roles.
  • Experience hiring for sales, partnerships, customer success, and B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven success recruiting for high-growth, product-led, or marketplace businesses.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales and revenue org structures, including enterprise and mid-market motions.
  • Experience sourcing and closing senior and leadership-level GTM talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms, with Greenhouse preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell compelling, nuanced company stories.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting in food tech, health tech, or B2B SaaS environments; familiarity with North American and LATAM talent markets; exposure to healthcare-related hiring; conversational Spanish is a plus.
