Description

  • Own product management for the ControlUp SaaS product line.
  • Lead market and competitive analysis for the Digital Employee Experience market to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Research potential integrations with SaaS and cloud vendors using publicly available APIs.
  • Validate product strategy and roadmap with ControlUp stakeholders.
  • Prepare product requirements and detailed specification documents for new features.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the development cycle.
  • Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions using customer data and evidence.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams and operate independently when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience at product companies in the IT field.
  • Extensive experience with IT operations solutions.
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in endpoint management and IT operations.
  • Experience developing and executing product go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven ability to work with development, QA, sales, and sales engineering teams.
  • Strong product design and user experience (UX/UI) orientation.
  • Ability to make confident decisions and influence internal and external partners.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
