Description

  • Design and deliver Power Platform and SharePoint solutions in collaboration with the Enterprise Applications Solution Architect and Technical Delivery Manager.
  • Build and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Establish and enforce environment policies, DLP rules, and license optimization practices using the CoE toolkit.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Azure SQL, REST APIs, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 data sources.
  • Provide expert guidance, documentation, and best-practice recommendations to developers, citizen developers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage ALM and CI/CD pipelines for solution deployment across environments.
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements, create user stories, and maintain product backlogs in DevOps or ITSM.
  • Advise on Power Platform, SharePoint, user interface, architecture, and emerging AI tools such as Copilot and AI Builder.
  • Provide technical support, regression testing, go-live/hypercare support, and L3/L4 issue resolution for D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Support data migration and ETL-related activities, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and CAB/change management activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of development and extension experience with Power Platform solutions, including Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Flow, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, and SharePoint-based solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, extension, and integration, is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse security models, ALM, and governance practices.
  • Experience with business analysis and business process mapping/optimization is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Background in .NET or C# development is desirable.
  • Experience with Copilot for Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents (Copilot Studio), or AI Builder is a significant advantage.
