Description

  • Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Smart Marketing Engine and Agentic AI Platform.
  • Prioritize product investments based on client needs, market trends, emerging AI capabilities, and business value.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks and incorporate them into the roadmap when advantageous.
  • Define and measure product success through adoption, client outcomes, operational efficiency, and business impact.
  • Partner with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to turn successful AI solutions into repeatable offerings.
  • Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
  • Establish standards for AI governance, quality, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Translate complex business and marketing challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Support client engagements with product leadership, technical guidance, and executive thought leadership.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing AI product team across product strategy, platform innovation, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI architecture.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, strategy, customer success, and sales.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations and enterprise software implementations.
  • Familiarity with procurement, security, and compliance requirements in enterprise environments.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Background in marketing technology, digital transformation, or management consulting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with email and CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and the engagement marketing technology stack (preferred).
  • Experience building AI products in regulated or high-compliance enterprise environments (preferred).
  • Comfort operating in a smaller, high-growth company where you are both a strategist and a builder (preferred).
  • Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require now or in the future visa sponsorship.
