Description

  • Define the long-term product vision, portfolio architecture, and investment priorities for liquid cooling solutions.
  • Build and maintain a global product roadmap aligned to customer needs, technology trends, competitive dynamics, revenue, and profitability.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from opportunity identification through development, launch, growth, and end-of-life.
  • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, investment priorities, and technical specifications.
  • Partner with Engineering, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and regional leadership.
  • Develop product positioning, pricing strategy, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
  • Establish and track portfolio performance metrics, risks, and corrective actions.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global product management organization.
  • Drive global consistency while enabling appropriate regional adaptation.
  • Ensure products and platforms are scalable, manufacturable, serviceable, compliant, and ready for global deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, business development, engineering, or related technology leadership roles.
  • Experience developing and managing complex technology products and portfolios.
  • Strong preference for experience in data centers, HVAC, thermal management, liquid cooling, semiconductor infrastructure, power infrastructure, or a closely related industry.
  • Experience leading global teams and managing products across multiple geographic markets.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, product development, commercialization, and portfolio strategy.
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen, including business-case development, pricing, margin management, and investment prioritization.
  • Highly desirable experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, OEMs, system integrators, or major data center customers.
  • Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Valid US passport and driver’s license, with ability to travel domestically and internationally 20% to 30% of the time.
  • Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Development (NPD).
  • Experience with product roadmap, requirements management, and project portfolio management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
