Description

  • Design and deliver product demonstrations that tell a compelling story across web, mobile, and app experiences.
  • Lead discovery sessions and technical deep dives to uncover prospect pain points and align solutions to business needs.
  • Own and execute proof-of-value engagements focused on business impact, insight delivery, and time to value.
  • Partner daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support a smooth buying journey.
  • Advise customers on digital experience strategy, including behavioral analytics, content optimization, and conversion insights.
  • Engage technical stakeholders on architecture, SDK deployment, tag governance, data strategy, and integration best practices.
  • Scope and guide platform evaluations by connecting behavioral data to measurable business outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry trends and product updates to serve as a trusted domain expert.
  • Share field feedback and emerging requirements with Product and Engineering to help influence the roadmap.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute best practices, enablement, and sales consulting excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, including 3+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in analytics, digital experience platforms, or adjacent MarTech/UX technologies.
  • Strong technical proficiency with web and app technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, APIs, SDKs, tag management, and mobile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data collection strategies, privacy regulations, and integration architectures.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complexity for technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDPICC.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on client and field needs.
  • Experience working with customer experience (CX) and data-driven storytelling concepts is strongly aligned to the role.

  • Base compensation of $140,000-$160,000 with expected commission of $40,000-$60,000, for total on-target earnings of $180,000-$220,000.
