Description

  • Drive net-new business acquisition and expansion revenue across the DACH enterprise segment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Contentsquare’s experience intelligence platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic enterprise account plans to maximize revenue potential across assigned accounts.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Ecommerce, Tech, and senior leadership.
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on business impact and ROI and manage complex multi-stakeholder negotiations to close.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to build adoption plans and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, strong CRM hygiene, and proactive risk management to support predictable quarter execution.
  • Strengthen Contentsquare’s presence in the DACH enterprise ecosystem through strategic account planning and executive engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a sales hunter focused on new logo or new revenue acquisition.
  • Proven strategic SaaS sales experience.
  • Full professional English and German language skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling to large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology to senior executive audiences.
  • Strong accountability for forecasting accuracy and pipeline quality.
  • Sales methodology experience with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or equivalent is a strong plus.
  • Resilience, ownership, and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience operating in a high-performance, fast-paced environment is preferred.
