Description

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers during website and mobile app integrations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and guide them through onboarding.
  • Educate customers on integrating with Constructor's APIs and using open source libraries.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues with Customer Success teams.
  • Help customers configure product catalogs, including catalog uploads, facets, searchability, sort orders, and result retrieval.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical resources and respond promptly to technical inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions, recurring issues, and solutions to improve onboarding and support materials.
  • Improve integration documentation and customer onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Availability to support customers and team members between 2pm and 10pm UTC (9am to 5pm Eastern time).
  • Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, and basic search/index concepts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients like Postman, or logs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, and network request routing/HTTP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns is preferred.
