Description

  • Identify and engage target prospects within accounts through research and thoughtful outreach.
  • Personalize outreach based on each prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Start meaningful, consultative conversations focused on customer needs, pains, and goals.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and represent Constructor’s values to prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing on account strategy and messaging.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine go-to-market approach and improve relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce.
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and outreach approaches to improve conversion.
  • Attend on-site events and engage with prospects and customers alongside the Constructor team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish, and Italian.
  • Ability to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Basic comfort with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and helping businesses solve complex challenges.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Associate-level mindset with interest in a growth path and ongoing training.
