Description

  • Serve as a senior solution architect on strategic client opportunities involving AI and ERP transformation.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Leaders, and Account Teams to shape differentiated change solutions aligned with financial objectives.
  • Translate ERP and AI transformation programs into organizational change strategies and adoption approaches.
  • Lead client discussions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Work with CRO and market sales teams to establish pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
  • Own the strategy, commercialization, and scaling of the firm’s AI and ERP change specialization.
  • Define and evolve service offerings for ERP and AI-enabled transformation.
  • Create playbooks for proposals, solution narratives, statements of work, and solution models.
  • Partner with Marketing and Leadership on market positioning and thought leadership.
  • Build standards, best practices, pricing models, value propositions, and commercialization strategies for offerings.
  • Drive pipeline development, bookings, and revenue growth for AI and ERP transformation offerings.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities with account teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or professional services.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management.
  • Significant experience in solution sales, business development, or practice leadership with revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated success selling and delivering large-scale $500K–$2M+ enterprise engagements.
  • Deep expertise in AI, ERP, or digital transformation ecosystems.
  • Experience building and scaling consulting offerings or practices.
  • Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior executives across industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and pipeline development.
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and influence across the organization without formal authority.
  • Prior experience leading teams, building practices, or mentoring others is preferred, with potential to grow into formal people leadership over time.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Prosci tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification is a big plus.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
  • Open to candidates located in the US or Canada.
