Description

  • Identify and engage target prospects within named accounts through high-quality research and thoughtful outreach.
  • Personalize outreach by understanding each prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Start meaningful customer conversations focused on needs, pains, and goals rather than immediate pitching.
  • Act as the first point of contact and represent Constructor’s values in prospect interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing on account strategy and messaging.
  • Share prospect insights to help refine go-to-market strategy and improve customer relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, research, and engagement in Salesforce.
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and outreach approaches to improve conversion and resonance.
  • Attend on-site events approximately 10% of the time to engage with prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to engage prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Basic comfort using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe and able to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology, ecommerce, and solving complex business challenges.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a passion for both technology and people.
  • Willingness to work 90% remotely and 10% on-site at events.
