Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for a mid-market sales territory in a velocity-driven environment.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer needs and position value-based solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms to close deals.
  • Marshal engineering and internal resources to support deal progression and closure.
  • Provide continuous customer feedback to the product team to inform feature development.
  • Build consensus and urgency across stakeholders to accelerate decisions and reduce time-to-sale.
  • Present the product and its business and economic benefits to stakeholders from business champions through C-level executives.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Work with line-of-business, procurement, contract, and senior management stakeholders during negotiations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Marketing technology experience is preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Experience building consensus and urgency to close six-figure deals.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions into accounts with 90+ day sales cycles.
  • Ability to motivate urgency in customers and reduce time-to-sale.
  • Strong negotiation skills with line-of-business, procurement, contract teams, senior management, and/or C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS Performance Management or Applications experience, and strong customer references are preferred.
