Description

  • Lead the ongoing development, configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide support to Business Applications teams and act as an escalation point for Salesforce-related questions and issues.
  • Manage user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare the platform for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with institutional management to establish processes supporting administration, development, and change management activities.
  • Train new users and help grow Salesforce capability across the organization.
  • Liaise between users, vendors, and application development teams to define and document requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience supporting 1,500+ Salesforce users in a current organization.
  • Experience with deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, and GitHub.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience of 6 months to 2 years.
  • ADM201, ADM211, or another Salesforce administration certification.
  • Preferred certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Developer.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and intermediate-complexity content.
  • Advanced data management abilities.
  • Experience with Outreach, LeanData, and Gainsight is a plus.
  • Ability to work a UST schedule from 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM local time).
  • Onsite, hybrid, or remote work depending on location; hybrid for Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore, with remote available for other locations.
