Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners within a designated territory.
  • Drive sales growth, retention, and revenue through partner and account management activities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from open to close in partnership with the broader sales team.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop territory and account plans to achieve client goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee delivery of products or services and ensure client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics such as renewals, churn, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns quickly and coordinate solutions internally across teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align on client strategy and service improvements.
  • Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation details while meeting pricing and margin standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and retention targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and reporting software.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and security industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of client business models.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to effectively make 40-50 outbound calls per day and comfort with prolonged phone use.
  • Onsite/hybrid availability depending on location, with 0-10% travel required.
