Description

  • Provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Support teams with strong attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document partner and business findings.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to other team members when needed.
  • Ensure partners realize maximum value from ConnectWise investments by driving license utilization, identifying opportunities, and supporting successful renewals.
  • Propose solutions to partner problems using the ConnectWise platform and an understanding of partner business needs.
  • Develop an understanding of partners’ business challenges and map platform features and benefits to those needs.
  • Act as an escalation point and drive timely, proactive resolution of issues.
  • Travel to partner locations and IT Nation events.
  • Create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions and profiles.
  • Identify processes that improve cross-functional communication, prioritization, and visibility for requests and escalations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized subject matter expert on industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of cross-functional business processes.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical and business concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT service provider market and business.
  • Technical acumen and business management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience required.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry preferred.
