Description

  • Assess partner readiness to migrate from Automate to RMM.
  • Secure signed statements of work to initiate the migration process.
  • Facilitate introductions to the Modernization Manager.
  • Assist with quote requirements for Automate to RMM migrations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication so relationship leaders stay informed on migration status.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the migration process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal colleagues and partners.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes as needed.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Professional presence suitable for meetings, in-person interactions, and email communication.
  • Broad knowledge of job procedures and tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with Outreach (preferred).
