Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for High Income and Private Banking clients.
  • Track client requests and intervene with the responsible teams to speed up resolution.
  • Resolve operational issues and provide timely feedback to clients.
  • Support clients with a variety of account usage needs.
  • Handle inbound service requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain a high-quality, fast client experience focused on making Inter the client’s main account.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to address dissatisfaction and improve the relationship.
  • Provide differentiated service to publicly known clients.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience in customer service or client support.
  • Knowledge of banking products.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish are preferred.
