Description

  • Support cross-functional teams with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document partner-related findings.
  • Coach and review the work of other team members when needed.
  • Ensure partners realize maximum value from their investment, use their licenses, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with ConnectWise stakeholders to drive product adoption and successful renewals.
  • Build and nurture relationships across partner accounts to strengthen the partnership and expand engagement.
  • Monitor partner usage data, health indicators, maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities, then translate insights into success strategies.
  • Evangelize product capabilities across the ConnectWise platform.
  • Develop an understanding of partner business challenges and identify risks that may hinder business goals.
  • Serve as an escalation point and proactively drive timely issue resolution.
  • Navigate customer organizations to build relationships with executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of the applicable work area.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and business management skills.
  • Working knowledge of ConnectWise products and platform features, capabilities, and best use preferred.
  • Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business.
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technological and business concepts.
  • Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.
  • Onsite, hybrid, or a combination of work arrangement.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
