Description

  • Support day-to-day oversight of the Facilities department and EVS team operations.
  • Oversee routine and rotational maintenance to keep equipment and facilities running smoothly.
  • Help build and manage the company-run EVS department, including hiring and staffing levels.
  • Troubleshoot cleaning equipment issues and identify root causes.
  • Assist with facility maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Respond to repair and maintenance tickets and manage work order requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced repairs and follow-up.
  • Oversee floor care vendor performance and selection.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, receipt, organization, and distribution of facilities and EVS supplies.
  • Support regulatory compliance, site inspections, recordkeeping, and Environment of Care processes.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of housekeeping/janitorial cleaning experience.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care.
  • Must be fully vaccinated or approved for exemption before start date.
  • Previous healthcare facility experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of maintenance methods, materials, and tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions for mechanical equipment and chemicals, and current EVS best practices preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote in one of the listed states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI.
