Description

  • Engage inbound leads who signed up for a free trial with Connecteam.
  • Qualify prospects’ needs and sales opportunities across the North America region.
  • Book demos and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Initiate outreach through multiple channels and manage lead follow-up.
  • Create a strong first impression and understand each prospect’s business needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and messaging alignment.
  • Support pipeline growth by moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Help build processes and playbooks for the SDR function.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to onboard quickly.
  • Energetic, driven, and motivated to grow into an Account Executive role.
  • Strong objection handling skills and discipline in confirming demos.
  • Independent and curious, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and curiosity.
  • Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities effectively.
