Description

  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customer business outcomes.
  • Ensure customers realize maximum value from their Connecteam investment and use their licenses effectively.
  • Consult with customers to help solve problems and achieve their goals.
  • Analyze customer data to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues quickly using resources across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter who can run initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience helping customers deploy products and realize value from their purchases.
  • Experience building relationships with senior business and platform stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback and improve together.
  • Preferred: experience working in a global team for an international company.
  • Preferred: experience in an international, remote-first SaaS company.
  • Preferred: background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries.
