Description

  • Lead and develop the Deal Desk and Renewal teams.
  • Oversee pricing, renewals, and commercial excellence initiatives across the business.
  • Establish approval frameworks, delegation of authority, and escalation processes within the commercial team.
  • Analyze market pricing trends to ensure product pricing remains appropriate and competitive.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Finance, and Operations on product development, pricing, positioning, go-to-market plans, and execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Experience to align commercial decisions with company objectives.
  • Drive expansion within the existing portfolio through coordinated technical, commercial, and customer strategies.
  • Own the renewals and retention strategy to maximize customer value and reduce churn.
  • Continuously improve commercial processes, tools, and operating models to support scale and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and negotiate new and existing contracts and use pricing tools to inform pricing strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in the colocation or telecommunications industry in pricing, finance, or asset management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performance teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of space, power, and interconnection pricing, with awareness of network and cloud offerings.
  • Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Customer negotiation experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven success building strong cross-departmental business relationships.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to analyze and build business cases for new product offerings.
  • Experience creating multi-market pricing strategies; international experience preferred.
  • Large-scale deal analysis experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship or transfer available, including CPT/OPT.
