Description

  • Prospect for net-new Financial Services accounts and build greenfield opportunities across the East Coast territory.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers to maintain an active pipeline and strong quota coverage.
  • Create and manage expansion demand within current Financial Services accounts to grow Collibra’s footprint.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from lead origination and stakeholder mapping through negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process to identify value and ROI.
  • Translate data governance and compliance needs into business outcomes for executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and keep Salesforce updated with real-time activity.
  • Build brand authority and act as a Data Intelligence advisor across the customer lifecycle.
  • Work toward pipeline-building, closing, and trusted-advisor milestones in the first 1, 3, and 6 months.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Data Management, Data/AI Governance, or Financial Services technology sales.
  • Deep familiarity with regulatory landscapes and data complexities in the financial sector.
  • Proven ability to originate and lead complex, value-based sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success developing long-term relationships with C-level buyers and stakeholders.
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of SaaS sales quota.
  • Experience running consultative sales processes using established sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Copilot to solve business problems or streamline workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
