Description

  • Own product-level revenue performance across the eCommerce funnel and partner with Demand Gen and CRO to convert traffic into revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market expansions.
  • Define and evolve product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies to maximize conversion.
  • Own the on-site product experience, including merchandising, product pages, and purchase flows.
  • Partner with CRO and Engineering to test and optimize experiences that improve conversion, reduce friction, and increase average order value.
  • Use data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across the funnel and support customer conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen on integrated campaigns that align product strategy, messaging, and offers.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks and lead ongoing performance analysis and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies in a digital or eCommerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, market research, positioning, and messaging principles.
  • Experience optimizing product visibility, sales performance, and customer experience with Shopify direct-to-consumer channel.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making across traditional and digital commerce environments.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce tools, digital marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and data analysis.
  • Experience balancing product marketing with eCommerce and brand stewardship.
  • Ability to work effectively in eCommerce and digital marketplace ecosystems.
