Description

  • Partner with B2B customers to develop on-demand, live, virtual, hybrid, and simulation-based training programs.
  • Design curriculum, including learning objectives, course structures, content, and assessments.
  • Adapt customer content and create new curriculum while maintaining technical accuracy, currency, CPE compliance, and consistent learner experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, authors, instructional designers, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Lead customer discovery calls, gather engagement requirements, and support sales conversations as an accounting subject matter expert.
  • Identify training opportunities based on customer needs, market demand, and accounting-profession trends.
  • Document curriculum and content requirements through PRDs or user stories and represent the customer during development.
  • Support content reviews, user acceptance testing, customer pilots, and launch-readiness validation.
  • Build cross-functional processes and relationships to keep new-offering development aligned and on schedule.
  • Hire, develop, and manage direct reports as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Active CPA license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Experience leading client-facing conversations and translating customer needs into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to create structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or managing others; prior people-management experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Public accounting experience preferred.
  • Learning and development, instructional design, professional education, or CPE experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with NASBA CPE standards and B2B sales or enterprise client relationships preferred.
  • Product management experience, including PRDs, user stories, Agile practices, Jira, or Confluence, preferred.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, beta programs, or customer pilots preferred.
