Description

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define content and learning objectives for learning initiatives.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
  • Develop participant guides, facilitator guides, job aids, and supporting documentation.
  • Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments.
  • Use authoring tools, learning management systems, and other technologies to deliver learning solutions.
  • Analyze training needs and performance gaps to identify appropriate learning interventions.
  • Manage multiple learning projects to meet timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Incorporate gamification, microlearning, and other approaches to improve engagement and knowledge retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, learning management systems, and multimedia software.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and multimedia development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Willingness to stay current on emerging instructional design and adult learning trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work remotely, collaborate in a virtual environment, and travel for periodic team onsite meetings.
