Description

  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries by phone and email.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their licensing needs and career goals.
  • Explain construction education programs, requirements, course content, and completion requirements.
  • Guide customers through course selection, enrollment, and purchase decisions.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospects, leads, and past customers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment documentation, and CRM activity logs.
  • Process orders, payments, and basic billing inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and reporting expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a phone sales role.
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in professional education preferred; higher education, K-12, or other product experience considered.
  • Experience with LMSs, CRMs, project management software, call center phone systems, and organizational tools.
  • Relevant industry training preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or contractor licensing is a plus.
