Description

  • Build relationships with existing customers and net-new strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Lead deep account planning, account mapping, and multi-threaded selling across enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CoLab and industry best practices for customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executive and Customer Success teams on enterprise expansions and renewals.
  • Understand customer business and technical needs to help them achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage follow-up conversations and maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
  • Travel to customer sites and CoLab team meetings as needed.

Requirements

  • Related experience in an Enterprise or Strategic Account role within a SaaS business, or an engineering background with strong closing skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with large enterprise customers (10,000+ employees).
  • Ability to understand and analyze use cases and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales for a new-to-market product.
  • Comfort with complex account planning, account mapping, and selling across multiple departments.
  • Committed team player with an ownership mindset and no ego.
  • Deep motivation to achieve goals and results.
  • Resilience and willingness to overcome challenges and roadblocks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excitement to work in a fast-moving startup environment with frequent change.
  • Experience with manufacturing clients, including automotive, medical device, or hardware/mechanical consumer products, preferred.
  • Willingness to travel on-site approximately 1 week per month, plus at least twice yearly to Newfoundland, Canada, with attendance at most events mandatory.
