Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Maintain key relationships across the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff to support consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Travel within the defined territory to support accounts and business development.
  • Present effectively to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or multiple quarters/years at or above goal.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to defined accounts.
  • Ability and commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with a strong sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
  • Preferred background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, with base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year.
