Description

  • Design and build internal tooling systems for fund movement operations, including search, admin workflows, bulk remediation, and observability.
  • Develop AI-powered workflows and tools to improve engineering and operational efficiency across FinHub.
  • Write scalable, well-tested code that meets the correctness and reliability standards of financial systems.
  • Lead projects end to end from design and development through deployment and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with CX, Risk, Compliance, Payments, and product engineering teams to translate operational needs into platform capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews, on-call rotations, and incident response.
  • Own technical delivery for new initiatives and cross-functional platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience designing and building internal tooling, admin platforms, or developer productivity systems.
  • Strong technical judgment with the ability to identify opportunities, problem areas, and solution needs.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects with long-term impact.
  • Ability to work across team boundaries with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on new initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Experience with financial systems, payment systems, or ledgering systems is preferred.
  • Experience building platforms that serve internal operational teams at scale is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup-to-mid-size company growth environment is preferred.
  • Experience with blockchain technology such as Bitcoin or Ethereum is preferred.
  • Experience with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB is preferred.
  • Experience building high-reliability or security-critical systems is preferred.
  • Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity, ENS, dApps, or blockchain-based services, is preferred.

Benefits

  • Target annual base salary range of $186,065 to $218,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.

  • Remote-first roles are available, but in-person participation and company offsites are required throughout the year.
