Description

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to define technology solutions that scale finance business processes.
  • Analyze current processes, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to deliver the roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, Workiva, and other financial applications.
  • Design scalable solutions in NetSuite and related systems, including customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business systems analysts and engineers to develop and implement automation and technical solutions.
  • Create product management artifacts such as functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and business process maps.
  • Develop and execute test plans and lead integration testing and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, prioritizing them by severity and business impact.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives such as month-end close and financial reporting improvements.
  • Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demos, user training sessions, and change management documentation including runbooks.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of finance business processes, including order management, billing, collections, revenue management, procurement, expenses, payables, general accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Deep understanding of record-to-report finance processes, including month-end accounting and financial statement/reporting features in NetSuite.
  • 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs such as NetSuite and Oracle Cloud, and finance applications such as Workiva, Zip, or Floqast.
  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration experience across modules such as General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTaxes, customizations, automations, and reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and reporting in Jira.
  • Knowledge of production support, incident management, and defect management processes.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, work across multiple responsibilities, and operate autonomously in a growing finance organization.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical teams.
  • CPA or Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.
  • NetSuite certification is preferred.
  • Workato or middleware experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
  • Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations is preferred.
  • Interest in the crypto economy and DeFi is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $170,765 to $200,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
