Description

  • Own a strategic product area and be accountable for its revenue trajectory, product-market fit, and competitive positioning.
  • Define product direction and align Product, Research, Sales, CS, and Marketing around shared priorities and goals.
  • Use data, research, and customer signals to build conviction and make evidence-based product decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize product bets that create the biggest growth opportunities at scale.
  • Research regulatory, legal, payment, and localization needs for international markets and define needed product adaptations.
  • Develop deep expertise in a nonprofit vertical and translate market and donor insights into product strategy.
  • Work closely with go-to-market teams to scale the product into new markets and segments in a repeatable, compliant way.
  • Present strategy, progress, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Validate ideas with real customers, cut weak initiatives early, and iterate quickly based on learning.
  • Protect the platform by filtering custom requests and investing in scalable patterns only when justified.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager owning a product area and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect market segments, business targets, and product decisions.
  • Evidence-based decision-making using data, research, and customer insight.
  • Technical background with an understanding of how software is built; prior developer experience is a significant plus.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, including reliability, deadline management, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Experience collaborating with Go-To-Market teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at C1+ level.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to quickly identify friction, gaps, and strengths in user experiences.
  • Experience with international product expansion, localization, or multi-market products is a plus.
  • Background in vertical strategy, market segmentation, nonprofit, fundraising, payments, or complex multi-module platforms is a plus.
