Description

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Logs Observability within Kibana, from onboarding through agentic log search.
  • Define how users interact with large-scale log data and shape the transition from traditional search to AI-driven answers.
  • Lead the integration of GenAI and agentic workflows into the logging experience.
  • Build product capabilities for modern SRE use cases, including automated SLO/SLI tracking, intelligent alerting, and correlation across logs, metrics, and traces.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, UX, Design, and other teams to deliver roadmap priorities and user experiences.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market planning, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement, and feature adoption.
  • Track user engagement and customer feedback to guide product decisions and feature evolution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related area.
  • Knowledge of the observability and/or performance monitoring domain.
  • Experience monitoring cloud and/or infrastructure systems and services that power modern applications.
  • Ability to turn abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions using a customer-backward approach.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Passion for industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of open-source software is preferred.
