Description

  • Own strategy and quarterly/annual planning for Physical Security, including OKRs, QBRs, and MBRs, and ensure alignment with Security & Privacy and company priorities.
  • Translate physical security initiatives into measurable business outcomes, risk-adjusted investments, and enterprise-level KRIs and dashboards.
  • Build scalable operating systems for reporting, service catalogs, metrics, and governance that provide executive visibility into risk, incidents, and capacity.
  • Evaluate risk and return across the Physical Security portfolio and lead headcount, budget, and vendor strategy with clear start, stop, and scale recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of complex, multi-region initiatives with Security & Privacy programs and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational leverage.
  • Connect Physical Security work to broader Security & Privacy planning, reporting, and decision-making systems.
  • Support consistent executive communication of strategy, risks, and priorities across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, chief-of-staff, risk, or security roles.
  • 5+ years of experience at the senior manager level or above in tech, security, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows with human-in-the-loop practices.
  • Experience with physical security operations and risk areas such as GSOC, executive protection, threat intelligence, EHS, and security systems.
  • Ability to quantify risk and return, connect investments to enterprise risk appetite, and communicate tradeoffs to L7+/executive audiences with imperfect data.
  • Experience designing and scaling OKRs, QBRs, KRIs, dashboards, and governance in high-stakes environments.
  • Strong written and verbal executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading multi-quarter, cross-functional programs and managing multiple stakeholders to completion.
  • Ability to influence without authority across senior individual contributors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience in crypto, fintech, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Preferred background in consulting, corporate strategy, security program management, or executive leadership support.
  • Preferred experience applying ERM frameworks to security and technology risk.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $201,365 to $236,900 USD, excluding equity and bonus.
  • Eligibility for equity compensation.

  • Remote-friendly role with #LI-Remote designation.
  • In-person participation is still supported and expected for team and company-wide offsites throughout the year.
