Description

Lead the roadmap and execution for the conversational AI stack, moving from decision trees to LLM-driven reasoning, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Oversee integration of third-party AI solutions while scaling in-house LLM infrastructure for high-stakes crypto support queries.
Build AI evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to ensure models are accurate, grounded, and compliant with financial regulations.
Develop secure agentic automation paths that allow AI systems to perform tasks such as transaction troubleshooting and account recovery through internal APIs.
Define the technical architecture for vector databases, prompt engineering, and context window management to support personalized customer experiences.
Own the reliability of AI services, including latency optimization, token cost management, and fallback mechanisms to human agents.
Guide a team working across internal LLM-driven agents and external integrations.
Ensure AI systems are secure and do not leak PII or generate incorrect financial advice.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.
2+ years leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience shipping products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and managing the data lifecycle for grounded AI systems.
Experience building scalable, distributed systems in a high-traffic production environment.
Experience with Go, Ruby, or similar languages.
Experience with quantitative evaluation frameworks to measure hallucination rates, accuracy, and customer sentiment.
Strong understanding of AI guardrails, including protection against PII leakage and hallucinated financial advice.
Preferred: Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
Preferred: Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Preferred: Experience in FinTech or crypto and working within regulatory or compliance requirements.
Preferred: Background in NLP or traditional machine learning.
Preferred: Proficiency in Golang and modern cloud-native infrastructure such as AWS and Kubernetes.

Benefits

Target annual base salary of ₹9,424,500 INR.
Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.

Remote-first roles are offered, though in-person participation is required throughout the year.
Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually and are fully supported.
