Description

  • Own the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, delivery, and iteration.
  • Drive product direction using customer insights, market research, internal collaboration, and business judgment.
  • Define, track, and act on KPIs related to adoption, performance, compliance, and customer value.
  • Translate ideas into clear MVPs and concise requirements focused on outcomes and speed of delivery.
  • Validate requirements and solution direction closely with engineering, AI, data, and compliance teams.
  • Create early wireframes and prototypes to test concepts before committing to full development.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, compliance, sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Ensure products are designed to be secure, compliant, and resilient by default.
  • Support product adoption and positioning through partnership with go-to-market teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SOC teams, engineers, data scientists, and compliance experts.
  • Strong understanding of data integrations, log sources, APIs, and security platforms such as SIEM, XDR, EDR, and threat intel feeds.
  • Experience managing agile teams and launching scalable SaaS products.
  • Experience with JIRA, AI and AI prototyping tools, and product analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and respond to product metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a results-oriented approach to cross-team execution.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English using simple, interpretable language.
  • Rapid decision-making skills and a proactive communication style when blocked.
  • Preferred: Working experience with SIEM, XDR, and MDR solutions.
  • Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with log parsing, API management, or integration platforms.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of data lakes, real-time analytics, or AI/ML frameworks in a security context.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC/ICRM, and GCC regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Passion for building secure, elegant products that empower users and defenders.
