Description

  • Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities and serve as the technical lead for complex client engagements.
  • Prototype and implement industrial AI agents that automate complex workflows using contextualized Industrial Knowledge Graph data.
  • Lead use-case workshops, translate functional and non-functional requirements, and deliver client demos and reference architectures.
  • Design scalable architectures that unify siloed IT, OT, and enterprise technology data.
  • Build end-to-end prototypes integrating generative AI, CDF data models, legacy systems, and open-source AI frameworks.
  • Translate field feedback and deployment lessons into product requirements and scalable best practices.
  • Communicate technical solutions and business value to engineers, customers, and C-level executives.⁣

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in forward-deployed engineering or pre-sales engineering, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or industrial software.
  • Strong engineering background; relevant fields include computer science, mathematics, software engineering, physics, or machine learning.
  • Strong Python skills and understanding of generative AI concepts such as embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt chaining.
  • Experience building with LLMs such as Gemini, Claude, or GPT-4 and understanding of agentic AI.
  • Ability to design scalable industrial data architectures using Cognite Data Fusion or comparable platforms.
  • Experience integrating generative AI components, data models, legacy systems, and open-source AI frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and technical presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Industrial-sector education or experience, customer-facing or sales experience, and familiarity with complex real-world industrial data are preferred.
