Description

  • Support development teams and guide day-to-day technical execution.
  • Mentor less experienced team members.
  • Drive delivery of roadmap features with agility and high quality.
  • Translate product requirements into solutions for cloud systems with performance and scalability in mind.
  • Develop new features.
  • Create detailed design documents and evaluate trade-offs between design approaches.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, and testing.
  • Join technical discussions with customers.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Follow agile processes and contribute across all development phases.

Requirements

  • Experience leading development teams.
  • Proficiency in Python 2 and Python 3.
  • Experience with pytest.
  • Experience with Linux environments, CLI commands, shell scripting, and logs.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Experience with Jenkins.
  • Experience with Git and GitHub.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Advanced English communication skills for leading technical meetings with customers.
  • Experience with NETCONF/YANG (preferred).
  • Experience with optical network devices such as OLTs and ONTs (preferred).
